Dr. Belock currently resides in Richmond, Virginia with his wife and children. Dr. Belock actively participates in a Free Clinic for underserved citizens in Hanover, Virginia.
Dr. Belock, DPM, FACFAS began podiatric training at the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, IL .
Degree study consisted of two years of didactic courses and two years of clinical training.
Scholl College is recognized for its exceptional clinical education, in part because of clinics located adjacent to the university’s campus, as well as on the campus of a local hospital.
At Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Belock participated in multiple rotations, including ER, internal medicine, surgery, and podiatric medicine and surgery at the nationally renowned John H. Stroger, Jr, Hospital of Cook County and other leading Chicago teaching hospitals.
Dr. Belock, DPM, FACFAS received surgical training in Forefoot and Rearfoot/Ankle Reconstruction.
As an inner-city Level One trauma center, Mount Sinai Hospital gave Dr. Belock immediate exposure to foot and ankle trauma rarely seen in literature.
From severe diabetic food infections and all levels of amputation to abundant elective forefoot and rearfoot surgery, Dr. Belock’s residency equipped him to emerge well-versed in all phases of podiatry.
