Do you offer on-site imaging?

Yes, we perform ultrasounds, fluoroscopy, and x-rays at our office for your convenience. If you need additional imaging such as an MRI or CT scan, we will refer you to an imaging center based on your insurance.

What types of insurance do you accept?

We accept a wide range of insurance, including all major insurance companies such as Aetna, Aetna Better Health, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield NC, Blue Cross Blue Shield TN, Blue Cross Blue Shield IL, Blue Cross Blue Shield LA, Cigna, Humana, United Healthcare, UMR, Medicare, Medicaid, Molina Complete Care, Optima, Sentara Health, and Virginia Premiere . Can I fill out my forms in advance?

We encourage all patients to fill their forms out in advance electronically. We send all forms electronically to patients if we have a mobile phone number or email address registered with our practice. If you would like to receive your forms electronically and have not received an email from our scheduling team, please email us a request at [email protected].

Do I need a referral?

Some insurance plans require a referral; please check with your insurance provider prior to your visit- if one is required, you will need to provide it at the time of the visit.

Do you offer same day appointments?

Although its not guaranteed, we do our very best to make room for patients experiencing urgent issues. The earlier you can give us a call that day, the better!
